Is my data secure?

For Starter, Professional or Deluxe packages, do I have to sign up for an annual package?
It’s up to you. Myrtum offers a monthly subscription service. We also offer a one year subscription with a 30% discount!
What is your cancellation policy?
For new Myrtum monthly subscriptions, we offer a 30-day money back guarantee. If need be, you can cancel your monthly subscription at any time.
New annual subscriptions also come with a 30-day money back guarantee. If you want to cancel your annual subscription after 30 days, you can do so and receive a pro-rated refund for the remainder of your subscription period, as long as you request the refund within 90 days from the date of purchase.
Can I create more than one custom page for my Facebook business page?
Yes! Many of our customers use Myrtum to design and install multiple pages (called “Tabs”, such as a Welcome tab, a Fan Coupon tab, a Contact Form tab, and more. Each eye-catching, interactive page that you add to your Facebook fan page gives your visitors more of a reason to engage and learn about your company.
Can I build more than 15 pages with my Agency package?
We are currently working on enhancing the Agency package so you can extend beyond the original 15 pages. For now, you can add extra pages by purchasing an additional Agency package.
What’s the difference between Tabs and Fanpages?
The fanpage limit is number of fanpages on Facebook that you can use with Myrtum. “Tabs” are what Facebook calls the separate pages or apps that you publish inside of your Fanpage. For example you may have a Welcome tab and a Contact tab on one fanpage.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
Is there an affiliate or reseller program for agencies?
Yes. If you’re interested in participating in our reseller or affiliate programs please send an email to affiliate@Myrtum.com and we’ll provide you with more details.
What happens if I cancel my Starter, Professional or Deluxe account?
If you cancel your subscription and downgrade to the Free package, the pages you’ve designed with Myrtum will be taken offline. You will then need to login to your Facebook account and reinstall whatever you need by hand.
